Need to make a claim? Relax. You can rely on us to make your life easy. Better still, we promise to deal with your claim quickly and fairly. Just follow our three simple steps:

Step 1: Have your policy number to hand (you’ll find it at the top of your policy schedule).

Step 2: Make a call to our claims department on 0844 412 4296 (no later than 31 days after the event).

Step 3: Let our friendly team help you make your claim.

It’s that easy.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday and Sunday - Closed.

Please note that calls are recorded and may be monitored for training purposes.
